Our Foundation Classes are aimed at people who have never trained before and these run every Monday and Wednesday evenings at 7pm.
If you can't make the evening classes, then any morning (6am) or lunchtime (12pm) class will be fine as these classes have fewer participants and cater for all levels.

But that's all as we will provide you with a clean uniform for your trial week.

Unlike the other main BJJ Schools in the Shire, we do not force you into expensive 2-year contracts with direct debits.
Once you complete the form on the left, there is nothing else to complete, nor pay until after your trial week.
